At Global Traveler Airport Concierge, we are committed to providing high-quality consulting and concierge services to streamline your travel process. Below is our refund policy to ensure complete transparency:
 
1.⁠ ⁠Consulting and Support Services
Cancellation Before Services Begin:
 
• If you cancel before any analysis, document preparation, or initial support has started, you will receive a full refund.
 
Cancellation After Services Begin:
 
• For services already initiated, a partial refund will be provided, deducting the costs for work completed, such as document analysis or consultations.
 
Completed Services:
 
• Once the consulting service has been fully delivered, including final analysis and support, no refunds will be issued.
 
2.⁠ ⁠Concierge Services
Cancellation of Reservations or Concierge Services:
 
For cancellations related to concierge services (such as airport assistance or fast track services), the following rules apply:
 
• Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled service date are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.
• Services Already Delivered: Concierge services that have already been completed are not eligible for a refund.
 
3.⁠ ⁠Operational Errors
• If an error by our team results in any issues with the services provided, we will review the case, and if applicable, a full refund will be issued.
 
4.⁠ ⁠Refund Request Timeframe
• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of payment. Requests made after this timeframe will not be considered.
 
5.⁠ ⁠Refund Process
