Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully.

General Terms:
  1. Intended Use: Global Traveler – DBA of A&P Properties Investments LLC services are not to be used as a means of avoiding mandatory official measures during the passenger handling process, including passport control, passenger screening, or customs clearance.

  2. Responsibility: Passengers are responsible for carrying and transferring their own documents and belongings while in immigration and customs areas.

  3. Independence of Operations: The airline, immigration, and Meet and Greet teams operate independently. In the event of flight delays, cancellations, or alterations in border regulations that prevent passengers from boarding or entering a country, the stipulations outlined in the Meet and Greet Terms and Conditions still govern. Charges are non-refundable in such cases.

  4. Service Authorization: The extent of assistance Global Traveler – DBA of A&P Properties Investments LLC representatives can provide is contingent upon the authorization of airport officials, as airport rules and service availability can vary.

  5. Value Added Tax (VAT): Customers are responsible for any VAT taxes that may apply based on the location of the service.

  6. Service Confirmation: Service requests become binding orders only once Global Traveler – DBA of A&P Properties Investments LLC responds with an official confirmation email.

  7. Payment and Booking: Making a payment does not automatically confirm your booking. Updates on the booking status will be communicated via email. Refunds are issued for denials or unavailability of service. Global Traveler – DBA of A&P Properties Investments LLC reserves the right to cancel contracts due to unforeseen circumstances.

  8. Price Review: Prices undergo revisions every three months. Customers may be informed of price adjustments closer to the service date. Options to cancel with a full refund or pay the difference may be provided.

  9. Service Duration: The maximum service time is 2 hours. Extensions beyond this duration incur additional fees.

  10. Itinerary Changes: Customers are responsible for informing Global Traveler – DBA of A&P Properties Investments LLC of any voluntary changes to the original itinerary.

  11. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service are non-refundable. Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours before the service are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows are charged the full service fee. Modifications made less than 48 hours before the service may incur additional fees.

  12. Complaints: Any complaints must be received within 48 hours of the rendered service to be eligible for a refund, if applicable.

  13. Receiver Availability: Reservations are held for a maximum of 30 minutes after sending the payment link to the client.

  14. Additional Charges: Additional charges may apply for bookings made less than 72 hours in advance, services during early morning or late-night hours, and excess baggage.

  15. Defamation: Customers agree not to disparage Global Traveler – DBA of A&P Properties Investments LLC orally or in writing without prior written consent.

  16. Disabilities: Global Traveler – DBA of A&P Properties Investments LLC services do not include certain types of assistance. Customers with disability-related needs should contact Global Traveler – DBA of A&P Properties Investments LLC to discuss their requirements.
